Triple X Syndrome

Patients with triple X syndrome are infantile, with little menstruation and somewhat mentally retarded. They have two sex chromatin bodies in their cells.

This is incorrect information. The habitus (and defects) in the above are clearly Turner Syndrome (monosomy X).

Triple-X, by contrast, are often asymptomatic besides tall stature and slight cognitive impairment (~20 IQ points). In extreme phenotypes, you may see epicanthal folds, varus deformation of the 5th digit and poor muscle tone.
