The clinical features of Klinefelter's syndrome are found only in men and is usually detected at puberty, namely sterility, testicular atrophy, hyalinization of seminiferous tubules, and usually gynecomastia. Although mental retardation is not a general description of this syndrome, the more there is the X chromosome the greater the likelihood of mental disorders.
