Etiology
Actinomycosis is a infection of deep chronic fungal Actinomyces israelli. At first there suppurative nodules, hard nodules, granulomatous local red-black and then relented and accompanied arise sinuses that emit whitish purulent exudate.
Differential Diagnosis
Scrofuloderma, Pyogenic ulcer.
