Vitamin E


Vitamin E or Tocopherol pure odorless. Vitamin E is a little heat and acid resistant, but not alkali-resistant, ultraviolet light, oxygen, oil, tin, and iron.
The main source of vitamin E are olive oil, wheat, and grains. Meat, poultry, fish, and nuts contain vitamin E in limited quantities.
The main function of vitamin E is as an antioxidant and anti-free radicals. Lack of vitamin E in humans causes loss of muscle coordination and reflexes, and impaired vision and speech. The use of excessive vitamin E can cause poisoning.
