Acne Rosacea

Etiology
Acne rosacea is a skin inflammation that is chronic in the face of a prominent central region, especially in the nose and cheek. The cause of rosacea is unknown.
Clinical Overview
At first arose red blotches on the face, the increasingly widespread and persistent. Looks dilation of blood vessels (telangiectasia). Do not get any blackheads and when there may be combined with acne.
Differential Diagnosis
Acne vulgaris, Seborrheic dermatitis, Drug eruptions, Lupus erythematosus.
Prognosis
Rosacea usually persistent, gradually gain weight through an acute episode. But those that are spontaneous remissions.
