Vitamin B6


Vitamin B6 is found in nature in 3 forms, namely pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamin. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a synthetic form that is used as a drug. Pyridoxine odorless, water soluble and alcohol. Pyridoxine heat resistance in acidic conditions, is not so stable in alkaline solution, and can not stand the light.
Vitamin B6 is most numerous in the sprouts, wheat, liver, kidney, milk, eggs, cereals, beans, potatoes, and bananas.
Vitamin B6 deficiency causes the symptoms associated with disorders of protein metabolism, such as weakness, difficulty sleeping, impaired growth, impaired motor function, seizures, anemia, decreased antibody formation, inflammation of the tongue, and sores on the lips, mouth corners, and skin.
